All returns within Germany can be easily processed via our returns portal.

If you wish to return an item from outside Germany, you must send us the completed cancellation form to info@silvercircle.de

FAQ

  • How long after receiving the shipment can I return my delivery?

The shipment must be returned to the above address within 14 days.

  • Who bears the costs for a possible return?

 The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • When will I get my money back?

 Processing returns usually takes 1-2 weeks.

  • How should I proceed in the event of a complaint?

Quality is very important to us. All of our products are tested under real-life conditions to ensure they are as well suited as possible for their intended use. If, despite this, there is any reason to complain about an item we have supplied, please feel free to contact us by email at info@silvercircle.de. After consulting with us, you can of course return the item. As soon as your claim has arrived, we will review it. If the item does not meet our quality standards, was damaged during the manufacturing process, or does not reach you in the intended condition after leaving production, we will arrange a repair, an exchange, or a credit. Please note that processing your claim may take 1–2 weeks from the date your return shipment is delivered to us.
