We ask you to note in advance that for deliveries to countries outside the European Union, you must pay any taxes and customs duties. Shipping costs, taxes and duties are non-refundable.
Please note that we do not accept returns from countries outside the EU as we cannot carry out any return customs clearance.

How can I exchange something?
In the event of an exchange, the exchange form enclosed with your shipment must first be filled out. Please enclose this with the respective items in the return package. The exchange period is 14 days after receipt of the order.
In the case of an exchange, the return costs are free for the buyer. Please contact us via email for this info@silvercircle.de.
We will then email you your free returns label.
