What do I do in the event of a complaint?
Quality is very important to us. All of our items are tested in real-life conditions to ensure that they are as suitable as possible for their particular use. Should an article delivered by us have a reason for complaint, please contact us by email info@silvercircle.de , of course you can send the article back to us by arrangement. As soon as we have received your complaint, we will examine it. If the item does not meet our quality standard, if it was damaged in the manufacturing process or if it does not arrive in the intended condition after it has left production, it will be repaired, exchanged or credited. Please note that the processing time of your complaint can take 1-2 weeks after the parcel has been delivered.
